Revel in the elite single- and two-story Sky Villas that were designed as luxurious residential spaces at Aria. Select villas include a billiard room with game table, a formal dining room, a private massage, sauna and steam room, a private salon and barber and exercise room; all include 24-hour butler service, private entry, amenities from Hermés, a full kitchen and the latest in electronics.


This properties luxurious 4,075 square-foot Chairman and Presidential Suites are located atop the hotel's Spa Tower and offer 24-hour butler service, spectacular views of Las Vegas and more. Each two-bedroom suite has been designed with its own solarium, fireplace, L-shaped bar with seating for six and an indoor garden with its own fountain. The two master bedrooms include king beds, private bathrooms featuring whirlpool tubs with views of the city and separate steam showers. Services include complimentary limousine transfers to and from the airport, VIP check-in and access to the VIP lounge.

Caesars Palace

Part of the Larurel Collection by Caesars, the Titus Villa has three bedrooms and a total of 11,200 square feet. Indeed, the grandeur of Caesars Palace is seen throughout the space; the villa’s English garden theme extends into the oval dining room, which features a hand-painted wall mural and custom table for 10, and into the living room, which has a central water feature with fire element. The billiards room has a bar and a 20-foot-tall barrel-vaulted ceiling; the media room has silk-upholstered walls and a 103-inch, 3-D plasma TV. Outside, the private outdoor garden contains at 390-square-foot pool.


One of the most desired suites at Cosmopolitan, the three-story bungalows are both spacious and intimate, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Marquee Nightclub & Dayclub scenes. The first of the three levels features a media lounge with advanced technology, while the luxurious second level opens to a uniquely-styled master bedroom with a boudoir, lounge area and vanity. The oversized third-floor terrace is outfitted with a sleek outdoor kitchenette and bar, along with a private, heated plunge pool. The bungalows range in size up to 3,300 square feet. Bungalow guests have exclusive access to Marquee Nightclub & Dayclub from their private entrance.

The Cromwell

This two-bedroom suite at The Cromwell has an option to connect an additional two rooms, for a total of 2,550 square feet. It combines vintage Parisian flare mixed with modern details for a look that is refreshingly restrained and refined, but staying true to the Vegas experience—amenities include a pool table, steam room and soaking tub in the master bedroom and a refrigerator that can be stocked with whatever you desire.

The 5,829 square-foot Three Bedroom Duplex Suite at Encore is nothing short of majestic. Both the billiard room and the private massage and exercise room are surrounded, like most of the suite, by floor-to-ceiling views of Las Vegas with the gem of the duplex being the lofty living room and dining area which highlight a two-story cityscape and can comfortably seat 16 guests. Along with a private bedroom, the first floor offers a dining table, work space, wet bar with buffet, separate powder room, butler's pantry with refrigerator and elevator to the second floor. Additional amenities include 42-inch pop-up TVs in each bedroom, private baths with separate glass-enclosed rain showers, whirlpool deep-soak tubs, twin sinks and roomy closets.

Hard Rock Hotel

Truly an eye-popping experience, the penthouse suites in the HRH Tower offer something for all tastes. Perhaps it's the Real World Suite, where you can party like a reality star in this 42,000-square-foot space that sleeps 10; or the Stones Suite, which is adorned with Swarovski crystals and has the feeling of being inside a jewel box. The suite de resistance, however, is the sexy Provocateur Suite, a "Moulin Rouge" meets "Eyes Wide Shut" experience with custom-made furniture and dominatrix accessories.
